Gazing down from Prosser Run on a late winter’s day, you can see Martis Camp starting to glow. There’s the warmth of the Camp Lodge on the far side of the creek, a soft gleam in the woods indicating the Family Barn, and – when seen from just the right angle on the slope – you can see a home calling out to you. There’s a wisp of smoke from a freshly lit fireplace and the radiance of a home setting that defies the crisp evening chill. There, on a cul-de-sac just a short stroll from the Lookout Mountain Ski Lodge, is a 7 bedroom, 7+2 bathroom, 8,367-square-foot Martis Camp home with all the contents essential for making memories. Beneath a ceiling of bold beams and brilliant cedar is a great room that’s spacious yet intimate. Pocket doors disappear, opening this room to the skies, pines and views reaching out beyond the deck. This al fresco ambience influences the nearby dining room and the kitchen with its breakfast nook, wine cabinet, and butler’s pantry. The expansive wrap-around deck includes a firepit, heated/covered dining area, and views of the ski slopes above and Pacific Crest sunsets to the west. On this main level is a primary bedroom with handsome fireplace, morning sun, large master bath, and access to the deck.
